Ola Orebiyi (Limbo, Cherry) and BIFA-nominee Lily Newmark (Sex Education, Misbehaviour) lead a cast of rising stars in A Brixton Tale, our latest MASSIVE film and the debut feature from directors Darragh Carey and Bertrand Desrochers.
When wealthy YouTuber Leah (Newmark) chooses shy youth Benji (Orebiyi) as the subject of her Brixton documentary, they fall for each other, but the desire for edgy footage leads them down a dangerous and violent path.
Supporting the release in cinemas, every A Brixton Tale screening will be presented by MASSIVE, with the short film Stories in Place: Zionly Manna by Curtis Essel, selected by Minute Shorts, playing before the film.
