MASSIVE are returning to the City of Culture with a pair of free cinema trips at ODEON Coventry.

To celebrate Coventry City of Culture, we’ve teamed up with CineCov to bring a series of free film screenings to young audiences across the city. Taking up residency at ODEON Coventry, we kicked off with a free preview of Pirates, the directorial debut from Reggie Yates and earlier this month, we hosted a screening of Rocks, which had its cinema run cut short in 2020.

Now finally on April 27th, we’ll be screening The Hate U Give, starring Amandla Stenberg, Regina Hall & KJ Apa. Originally released in 2018, Stenberg plays Starr Carter, who when friend is shot and killed by a police officer right in front of her, Starr faces pressure from various communities and tries to stand up for what is right.
